Return Window

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be in the original packaging

All merchandise returned to Go Portable Shower must include:

  • Original packaging

  • All original items that came with the product

If the original packaging is unavailable:

  • Use a secure replacement box

  • Ensure proper packaging to protect the item during shipping

The return address may vary depending on the product and will be provided on the return label.


Return Requirements

To complete your return:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer


Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification

  • You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 3 days

  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method

Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted
